Location: Västerås or Stockholm

Your role with us:

As a business travel consultant, you will work with the entire travel process – from A to Z. You will, among other things:

• Book business trips with flights, trains, hotels, and transport

• Handle ticket issuance, rebookings, and invoicing

• Provide personal service via both phone and email

Here, we work both independently and together, always focusing on the customer’s experience.

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 1 year of experience in business travel, preferably with Amadeus and Linkonline as your main tools

• Desirable experience with TravelOperations or other booking systems

• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• TRAC training or similar – a plus!

We offer:

Full-time and permanent position, office hours 8–17 on weekdays

6 months probationary employment

On-site work is prioritized, but there is an option to work from home by agreement (1 day a week)

Central offices in both Västerås and Stockholm
